Adam Pletter, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist with over twenty years of experience treating children, teens, and families. He earned his doctorate from The George Washington University and practices full-time in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Pletter founded iParent101 to help parents navigate the challenges of raising kids in a high-stimulation digital world. He consults with schools and tech companies, and speaks nationally on first phones, digital regulation, family transitions, and building calmer, more intentional digital routines.
