After a brief phone screening, patients will be connected to the appropriate therapist in either our Manhattan (Upper East Side or Upper West Side), or Westchester locations based on client preference. We also offer virtual sessions based on client preference and eligibility. The therapist will schedule a 90 minute initial in-person consultation session to determine needs. Following the 90 minute in-person consultation, the therapist will offer recommendations on the type of further assessment (neuropsychological evaluation) or therapy (see below), as well as the modality (individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy or a combination thereof). The clinical professional will also provide an estimate on the length of treatment, which may vary anywhere from a few months to a few years or more.
Our clinical professionals conduct diagnostic and neuropsychological assessments and treat clients across the lifespan and have an expertise in the range of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Learn more about our diagnostic and neuropsychological assessments and our treatment and wellness programs here.
