Updated In-Person Policies for Clients and Visitors

Based on CDC and FDA recommendations, we wanted to remind you of our in-person office policy and alert you to some updates. Please note that this policy extends to clients and all visitors, including caregivers, family members etc. We hope that you will take the time to carefully review these updates.

In-Office Policy for Clients and visitors ages 5 and over

All clients 5-11 who wish to receive in-person services are required to provide proof of double vaccination by January 31, 2022.

In-Person Policy for Clients and visitors 16 and over

All eligible clients 16 and over who wish to be seen in-person are required to provide proof of a booster vaccination (three doses in total) by January 31, 2022.

Updated In-Person Policy for Clients and visitors 12 and over

All eligible clients 12 and over who wish to be seen in-person will be required to provide proof of a booster vaccination (three doses in total) by February 15th, 2022. As boosters become approved for other age groups, we will require proof of a booster vaccination for those ages as well.

CBC-wide adherence to our in-person policies will once again give us the best chance of keeping everyone safe and will allow us to offer wider in-person programming for our clients. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak with your clinician. They may direct you to the Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director as needed.

Whether you or your child gets vaccinated is a personal family decision and you will continue to receive the same high quality treatment at CBC that we have always provided using the same HIPAA compliant virtual platforms we have used throughout the pandemic.

We appreciate your teamwork and cooperation as we work to keep everyone safe and continue to fulfill our mission.
