Overview

The Office Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the CBC offices and clinical staff. The incumbent will also play a vital role in cultivating a positive patient experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a positive experience for patients, employees, and all guests by welcoming and greeting them and answering and assisting with any questions.
  • Perform various administrative and operational tasks for the office including but not limited to overseeing supply inventory, IT support, mail, answering and directing phone calls from the main line, etc.
  • Provide support to clinical staff on their programs and other items as needed.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating office- based and company-wide events.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures for the office.
  • Maintains all public/patient facing and employee areas, including conference rooms, waiting areas, and kitchens, etc.
  • Acts as backup to the administrative team, as needed.
  • Assists with other projects, as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Associate’s Degree and 1-3 years of related experience or Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of experience.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities, and strong attention to detail.
  • Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint; experience with Google Suite is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Preferred knowledge of the healthcare industry and working with patients is a plus.
  • Has initiative, follow-through, and a strong work-ethic.

Salary Range

$35,000 - $55,000

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
