Please see the following announcement about additional services that Cognitive & Behavioral Consultants is now offering for children, adolescents, and adults during the Coronavirus crisis:

At Cognitive & Behavioral Consultants, we understand that families may need more support during these uncertain times. The team at CBC has shifted to providing neuropsychological evaluations, psychoeducational assessment, career assessments, as well as organizational skills training treatment remotely. Evaluations can be done exclusively via remote administration or as a hybrid model of remote and in-person testing.

All remote testing is being done with discretion and only using digital stimulus materials with strict adherence to guidelines set forth by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Inter-Organizational Practice Committee (IOPC), and the tests' publishers. Additionally, research has documented similar psychometric properties for testing conducted face-to-face in office and via remote telepractice.

Below is a list of services that we are able to offer remotely

  • Remote neuropsychological evaluations and psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
  • Early career and change of career vocational assessments, as well as brief vocational counseling
  • Support for organizational skills for school-aged children
  • Support for college students and adults struggling with organizational skills and executive functioning
  • Educational Consultation for school and college-aged students including a review of educational records, referrals for interventions, recommendations for formalized testing, and IEP advising

Interested participants should contact the Director of Intake Services, Dr. Michelle Greenberg, at 914-385-1150 (ext. 1) or 212-595-9559 (ext 5) to schedule an intake assessment.
